Beer's Law
The Visible Spectra of Grape Juice
When faced with an unknown concentration in a given liquid, there is no way to find out from labels the true concentrations of what is pure and what is not. A spectrophotometer is a machine that analyzes the wavelengths of a set of similar liquids and determines concentrations of various compounds to the degree of how much the molecules absorb light.
